What data I collect

What you type in the quote form: company, name, email, phone (optional), project description, indicative budget and timeline, and how you found me.

I also store the page the form was sent from, campaign parameters (utm) if any, and the approximate country of the connection.

Purpose and legal basis

Only to reply to your request and, if you want, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

I do not send newsletters or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare database (D1). Cloudflare Turnstile is used to filter spam on the form. To reply quickly I get a copy of each request by Telegram and by email (Resend).

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures your visit in aggregate; see the cookie policy.

I keep the data for 12 months or until you ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to Show email. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
