Can it make up answers?
I set it up to answer only with your information and, if it isn’t sure, to pass the conversation to a person. We review the replies together before it goes live.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
It uses the official WhatsApp Business API. It can be your current number or a new one; we’ll look at that on the first call.
What about my customers’ privacy?
Data is handled in line with GDPR, using services hosted in the EU where possible and accounts in your name.
How much does it cost to run?
On top of optional maintenance, you pay for usage of the WhatsApp API and the AI model. I’ll give you a monthly estimate based on your message volume.
