Your team already uses ChatGPT on their own, each in their own way and with no rules. I bring order to it: I choose and set up the right tools, prepare instructions with your documents and run a hands-on course on your real tasks.

The solution
AI set up for your company, and a team that knows how to use it
I start with a session to see which tasks take up most of your time. Then I choose the tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini), set it up on business accounts and prepare assistants and instructions with your documents and your tone.
After that I run a hands-on course, in person in Valencia or Alicante or remotely, with exercises on your real work. You keep a usage guide and simple rules on what data can be shared, and if you like I keep supporting you every month.

FAQ
Questions about AI for teams
Which AI tool suits us?
It depends on what you already use. On Microsoft 365, Copilot usually fits; on Google Workspace, Gemini; for writing and analysing documents, ChatGPT or Claude. I recommend one after the assessment, with no commission from any vendor.
Is it safe to put company data into AI?
With properly configured business accounts, the providers don’t train on your data. Even so, I leave clear rules on what must not be shared, such as customers’ personal data, in line with the GDPR.
What is the course like?
Practical and built on your real tasks: emails, quotes, reports, customer service. It can be in person in Valencia or Alicante or remote, in Spanish, English or Russian.
Can it be funded through FUNDAE?
It can be, if an organising entity manages it with your training credit. If you already work with one, I coordinate with them; if not, I explain the options.
What does monthly support include?
Answering the team’s questions, adjusting the assistants when your documents or processes change, and telling you about new features worth using. No lock-in.
